Steve has been a veteran, licensed Massage Therapist for more than 35 years. He is a graduate of the Morris Institute of Natural Therapeutics in Denville.  Until it closed down with the retirement of Dr. Vince Iupo, the owner, director, it was the original and oldest massage school in NJ. He also has trained under Larry Heisler, owner, director of New Jersey Massage the present oldest massage school in NJ. Steve has also been trained, certified in other massage modalities in other schools as well.

Along with his background as a Massage Therapist Steve has been a nationally Certified Personal Trainer for 27 years and certified by three organizations 

 He has a degree in Exercise Science, certified in the Core Functional movement Screening, and TRX. Nutritionally speaking Steve has certifications in Sports Nutrition and weight management.

He is a nationally certified Yoga instructor, Qi Gong Instructor as well as nationally certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, certified in EFT and Brain Gym among other things.

Steve is the founder of International Health and Wellness Week an annual worldwide event with the focus on helping to inspire, educate and motivate people to find the best form of health fitness and wellness modalities for them.

Steve spent years teaching elementary School Physical Education as a certified P.E. teacher. He taught traditional P.E. and along with that introduced various modalities such as Yoga, Qi Gong, relaxation techniques, meditation, affirmations and indoor rock climbing.
