Join us to learn how the stresses of modern life can throw our hormones out of harmony. Stress itself can deplete our ability to make estrogen and progesterone – meanwhile, feelings of overwhelm, loneliness, fatigue, insomnia, or food cravings may be a signal of an underlying imbalance. Practical changes in daily habits can help bring these back into harmony, and improve fertility, intimacy, menstrual irregularities, and menopause symptoms.
Sarah Wallis is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Her holistic gynecology practice, Wellspring Women's Health, serves the diverse community of Central NJ. She also holds a specialty menopause certification through the North American Menopause Society.
