May 13, May 20, June 3, June 10 and June 17 ($199 for all 5 weeks)
In this five week program comprised of weekly one hour sessions. Dr. Caruso will teach specific movements (Qigong and energy stretches) exercises to help address the underlying cause of excess weight. Each class will focus on breathing exercises and specific foods for healing, meditation and guided visualization. Supplements are offered but not mandatory.
Dr. Caruso will share a way to look at excess weight and stress relief from a different more realistic and holistic view that he as applied and used in his life to be healthier and happier. The movements and stretches and breathing build the foundation to feel good, move without discomfort and enjoy food without guilt.
Each five week session is custom tailored to each groups’ specific needs which includes qigong movements energy stretches and breathing exercises, food for healing, guided visualization and meditation. And discussions on the supreme importance of emotions and its role in well being and excess weight and stress. The goal of each class is to help empower you with the peace and confidence to live a healthy happy life.
