This Restorative Yoga Series is designed to assist you with muscle relaxation, stress relief, and mood stabilization. Through Pranayama a supported yoga Asanas, space will be held for your mind to declutter, your body to diffuse tension, and your nervous system to quiet and calm, providing an opportunity for you to relax, recharge, and restore.
