Amanda is a Dietitian in Integrative and Functional Medicine and works frequently in the following areas
Digestive Health-IBS, GERD, Food Sensitivities/Intolerances, Leaky Gut, SIBO, etc.
· Cardiovascular Health
· Weight Management
· Blood Sugar Management/Metabolic Syndrome
· Autoimmune Conditions: IBD, Celiac, Food allergies
· Basic Nutrition/ Healthy Eating
· Functional Lab Testing
During Sessions you can expect to discuss: Meal planning, food brands, shopping and label reading, supplement usage, recipes/ cooking tips, goal setting/journaling.
· I am in-network with major insurance companies including Horizon BCBSNJ, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna and Medicare. If I am out of network with your insurance I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.
