After Graduating from Massage Therapy School in 1999, I hit the ground running! I had initially used massage school as a stepping stone into the holistic field believing I wanted to study nutrition and possibly acupuncture. Well, in the first year of practice I knew massage therapy was my calling and I have never looked back!

I continued my education adding to my practice and also studied a form of acupressure through the Ohashi Institute. I truly believe in the benefits of massage. My approach is both clinical and therapeutic.

As mother of two I have a special love for pre and postnatal massage and baby massage. Reflexology is my go to whenever anything is going on with one of my children from headaches, stomachaches to pink eye.

One Hour Session; $95

Thirty Minutes Session; $50

Ninety Minutes; $145

What’s your philosophy?

I always ask my girls “how do you want to help in the world?” Instead of “what do you want to be when you grow up?”

I believe we are all here to help the world in some way. I am so grateful to be able to help people whenever possible. I feel a deep sense of satisfaction if a person leaves a treatment feeling even a little bit better mentally, emotionally, physically or even spiritually.
